Shipping policy

We ship as quickly as we can. Things like family, vacations, weather, carrier issues may cause delays and are out of our control.

We typically ship on the Monday or Tuesday following an order.

Please contact us by email, text or voice if you have questions about shipping, special instructions or would like us to wait to ship. 

We tend to choose 2 day shipping mostly by UPS, but sometimes we use USPS or Fedex in special circumstances. UPS is reliable and tends to have the best rates.

We pass the shipping discounts we receive from Shopify on to customers in the form of shipping refunds. I keep and pay the shipping cost and $3 to cover packing materials. I don't charge for handling. 

The shipping discounts we get from Shopify are not reflected in the shopping cart. 

Shipping refunds are often between 20% and 50% of the quoted and paid shipping estimate. Sometimes the refunds are more, and sometimes less. 

Shipping refunds are sent after I buy the shipping label, usually on the day we pack and ship. 

We can make and send you quotes for products with more accurate shipping costs by request. Please tell us how many of each product you want to order, your shipping address and what the shopping cart estimated that shipping would be.
